GiveCharityDonation is a one-stop resource for charity gifts, ideas for how to give to charity, and the latest news from voluntary organisations.

We decided to set up GiveCharityDonation after a bewildering Saturday afternoon being chased by people with collection boxes in central London. We decided that nobody should be harassed by charity workers – whose cause may be legitimate and needy – but that people should be able to choose when and how they give to charity.

That is why we now work with over 50 charities, giving you their latest news, their latest campaigns, and links to a variety of resources that help you find the organisation you want to give your donation to.

We’re also working on a whole section of resources for you – the giver – so that you can maximise the donation you give with the very best information… for example, did you know only 40% of people tick the ‘Gift Aid’ box? There’s tax relief for charities that mean that more of your money goes to the charity – and not the tax man.
